Welcome to the Quantum Learning Program Free Series Part 7, Breath Span and Heavy Metals.

I think we all know about hydration, nutrients and sleeps importance to health, brain health, concentration and focus. We go through that in the full program.

However, there are other very important factors that not many people know about, like; breath span and heavy metals.

Let’s start with breath span. Pay attention to something and see what happens to your breath. You hold it. The ability not lose your breath is actually very important to the ability to read a sentence, especially longer ones, and to stay with multiple stimuli.

That’s why when kids struggling at school join track and field or the brass band for a year their problems often disappear, because these activities forced them to develop their breathing.

This ability is not to be underestimated. It alone can result in jumps in IQ of 30 to 50 points overnight due to the ability to now pay attention long enough to extract the meaning from a sentence or link two separate but very relevant ideas together. It’s a profound advancement.

There’s also a secret we go through in the program which outlines a way to optimise breath span in a matter of weeks rather than it taking a year, like it would with traditional methods.

The second underestimated issue is that heavy metals can accumulate in the brain causing neurological problems. This can happen from various sources, but cleaning them out makes a drastic different to removing brain fog, tiredness, mental sluggishness and even mental health issues.
