We ROCKED our mindful kids yoga class! 😄✨

It was filled with brave hearts, kind thoughts, and colourful creativity. We moved, breathed, grounded… and painted our own affirmation rocks to take home.

“I am Brave” “I am Kind” “I am Loved” with lots of K.B.W.M magic - ‘Kindness Begins With Me’ 

Little reminders and allowing space for all our feelings. 💛🎨

It is such a gorgeous way to express confidence and calm.

So proud of their courage, creativity and openess to just be as they are. 🧘‍♀️🥰💛🎨

Our mindful yoga theme was “All My Feelings Belong – I Am Loved.”

We moved, breathed, and reminded ourselves that every feeling is welcome — and we are always enough, just as we are 💛

Just a little boo from me to say there’ll be no kids’ yoga class this week as our little yogis will be out trick-or-treating and having Halloween fun! 🍬🕷️
