I love it when a plan comes together 💪🏽
With over 23 years in the industry and working with Laser Lipo since 2011 we know what truly works. This is simple, consistent changes alongside the right treatments.
We have seen first-hand what achieves results for people. While I’m not a nutritionist or a doctor, I do bring years of hands-on experience in guiding clients toward simple, realistic changes that support their results.
A client I’ve looked after for many years reached out to me about her son, who had been struggling with weight gain. Together, we put a supportive, manageable plan in place.
We focused on both treatments and small lifestyle changes, always keeping it realistic for home life.
Over 2 weeks, they fully committed:
• Double sessions twice a week
• Treating the full tummy area (upper & lower)
• Final session included back treatment + Lymphastim
While this lovely young guy was having his treatments, we also treated his mum to a Full Body Reset — which has been a really positive support for her too.
Alongside this, we made a few key adjustments to his diet:
We swapped his usual cereal breakfast for higher-protein options like eggs and turkey steaks, along with Greek yoghurt and berries.
We added more fresh foods like cucumber and raw carrots, rocket (like many teenagers not a major fan of vegetables ) and increased overall protein , including chicken, turkey, fish, steak and mince -even packing the lunchbox with cold cooked meats that were air fried the night before!
We cut right back on sugar and processed sugary food such as biscuits, cake cakes, chocolate et cetera— not easy with other kids in the house.
We also removed or greatly reduced potatoes, bread, pasta and heavier starchy foods.
The result you see here is after just 2 weeks — a really positive change in a short space of time.
Most importantly, both Mum and son feel great, more confident, and motivated to continue 💛
