After many years working in the wonderful world of Film and TV I reached burn out. With small kids and a husband to look after, I took a break to rethink my priorities and thought about what I wanted to achieve professionally and personally during this new phase of self-care. With that in mind, I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist for 3 years and added on a Sports Nutrition qualification. I am here to help you make your food work for you no matter what your goal or fitness level is.
Sports Nutrition consultations also available for athletes (endurance and strength) and team sports players as well as those who want to get the best from their training.
