Galway's Westend and West Utd Fc are looking to mark our beloved dear pal Mike Farragher anniversary on Saturday 30th July with a very friendly* game of soccer down in the Swamp at 1pm.

A rolling on and off soccer match will be taking place where businesses, friends, and residents of the west will be playing against each other in honour of Mike.Text Simon, Gary Or Willie (Numbers provided below) to let them know if you can play even if it's just for 2 minutes , we want to see you there.

Jerseys will be supplied by West United and the Player of the Tournament will be in honour of the late Sean Colleran.

There will be a mass at 6pm in the Jes Church.

Then its onto the Small Crane with drinks, food and live music.
Join us to raise a glass to our dear neighbour and friend who we miss so much.
