Virtual Life Coaching Activity for anyone that's up for the challenge.
The Wheel of Life is one of the most popular coaching tools. It is a great tool to work with to help identify where there may be imbalances in a persons life that they would like to work on improving. The first thing to do is..... COMPLETE THE WHEEL:
1. Review the 8 Wheel Categories - think briefly what a satisfying life might look like for you in each area.
2. Next, draw a line across each segment that represents your satisfaction score for each area.
• Imagine the centre of the wheel is 0 and the outer edge is 10
• Choose a value between 1 (very dissatisfied) and 10 (fully satisfied)
• Now draw a line and write the score alongside (see example above)
IMPORTANT: Use the FIRST number (score) that pops into your head, not the number you think it should be!
Let me know how you get on. I will follow up next week on how you can use your wheel to start make changes in any area of your life that you would like to improve. If anyone would like to send on a photo of their wheel to me privately or would like any help completing the wheel just IM me. Don't worry about the destination enjoy the process :-)
