These classes incorporate strength training with bursts of cardio- the fastest way to tone up, lose body fat and more importantly, feel good in your own skin. All exercises are adaptable, and everyone works to their own individual pace. Also- everyone is a beginner at some stage! When you become a Nu-Fit member, the staff will work with you to create a plan that is bespoke to your goals and capabilities.
