May I be safe among the trees.

May I root myself like the trees—steady, strong, and secure.
May I feel connected, supported, and at ease.

Woodlands for Health is an 8–12 week guided walking programme that supports the mental health and wellbeing of adults engaging with mental health services across Ireland.
It’s all about bringing people into nature and showing how something as simple as getting outdoors can gently support the recovery journey in a really accessible and sustainable way
Really looking forward to the weeks ahead guiding some beautiful people through the woodlands.
