I’m back to work tomorrow and now taking appointments again ✨💜
Just a little post to let everyone know that I’ll be back to work tomorrow and available for appointments again.

Also, my apologies to anyone who was trying to contact me over the last few weeks. My SIM was accidentally thrown out while I was in Thailand, so I was uncontactable for a while, but I’ve now got a new one sorted.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. I’m really looking forward to seeing all my lovely clients again and getting back to doing what I love.

Yesterday I experienced a deep energetic shift here in Chiang Mai… held by the most beautiful lake and nature around me 💚✨

I began with gentle movement and Qi Gong… opening the body, softening into presence 🌿

Then I was guided into a Violet Flame Reiki meditation… 🔥💜
and my body began to respond instantly.

Shaking… releasing… breathing… 🌬️
deep breaths moving through me as my body softened and let go…
energy flowing in waves 🌊

As I moved into a chakra cleanse with my pendulum, everything opened even more ✨

Light language flowed through me effortlessly…
my body guiding the release…
a deep somatic clearing that felt ancient and powerful 💫

There were tears too… thinking of my pudding Max 🤍🐾

I asked the universe for a sign that he was still with me… without expectation ✨

And when I sat up
two pigeons crossed my path 🐦🐦
and a dog came to sniff me & then wandered off into the water 🐕🌊

In that moment… I felt my pudding 🪽🐾

Something softened.
Something shifted.

The grief is still there… but it feels lighter, held differently 💞

Just pure joy… letting it all move through me ☔💃✨
And I think that’s the lesson…

We’re allowed to feel everything.
The grief… the love… the release… the joy…
It can all exist together 💫

This is the space I hold in my sessions…
a place where your body gets to release, your breath gets to deepen,
and your energy is supported to move safely and naturally 💜

If you’ve been feeling stuck, heavy, or like something needs to shift…
you don’t have to carry it alone 🤲✨

And I can feel new ideas, new circles, and new ways of holding space starting to come through me… 👀✨
