We are thrilled to announce that our business is evolving and, as part of this exciting transformation, we are changing our name to The Healing Studio.

Quieting the mind is not easy. Meditation need not be so overpowering or intimidating, it could just mean sitting quietly in a place where you feel at ease , breathing as well as reflecting on our thoughts.
We can develop a regular practice of stillness and awareness. It is known as the meditation calm area for you, which is also used to make our intentions clear or journal about gratitude and heart’s desires.💫
