✨ Join us Sunday Jan 18th for a deeply nourishing yoga session ✨
This class blends the energising flow of Vinyasa to music with the calming, meditative depth of Yin Yoga, the perfect balance of movement and stillness to leave you feeling strong, open, grounded and deeply relaxed.
💫 We’ll begin with a fun, uplifting Vinyasa sequence to build heat and strength in the body…
then slow everything down with Yin Yoga, holding poses for 3–5 minutes to gently release tension and nourish the deeper connective tissues.
