Led by Áine Delaney, nurse, midwife and acupuncturist, with Bernie Doyle, acupuncturist and naturopath, and nutritional therapist Niamh Burke. The team have many years of experience in successfully helping people navigate their fertility journey.

Time and time again I hear about fertility clinics dismissing s***m as a potential issue when it comes to secondary infertility. It's one of the more common reasons so push to get it tested if you are having a problem conceiving a second child.

"After having 2 miscarriages I contacted Niamh to help us on our journey, when my fertility clinic had no solutions to offer. I already had one child so they weren’t concerned about further investigations. On contacting Niamh I had to fill out a very detailed questionnaire and she recommended testing for me and my husband – a vaginal microbiome test for me and a DNA fragmentation test as well as a testicular scan for my husband to rule out a varicocele. She recommended supplements for both of us to correct some imbalances that were identified and less than 3 months on from this I got pregnant again. We just had our 12 week scan and further genetic testing which confirmed everything was healthy. Honestly, we cannot recommend Niamh enough. She may be the only reason I can write the above sentence, thank you Niamh, I know you will help many more people to come."
