As part of the work I do, includes delivering talks and workshops in the corporate wellbeing space.

Last week, during that beautiful sunshine I got to visit Sligo and deliver a talk about resilience in the workplace to a very engaging team in AIB.

It was also an opportunity for me to take a trip down memory lane of my college days in Sligo.....them good ole days and reflect on the journey to where I am now.

To practice what I preach, I took a walk on the lovely beach in Strandhill and had my lunch outside to soak up as much Vit D and daylight I could before driving home again.

Recharging your battery throughout your workday is important for health and wellbeing as well as good work/life balance. These breaks throughout your day empower you to thrive and build your resilience thus allowing you to deal with the challenges life throws your way.
