Jungian Psychotherapy, Kinesiology, Reiki, Sound Therapy

I began working as a therapist in 2001, having trained in Kinergetics (Applied Kinesiology) and R.E.S.E.T (ATM Balancing Technique) with the australian Phillip Rafferty. Shortly thereafter, I was initiated as a Reiki practitioner and I am now a Reiki Master. I graduated in Psychology, and specialised in the approach of Jungian Psychotherapy. I have also studied naturopathy, aromatherapy, art therapy and the music therapy technique CORPO SONORO. I’m also a singer and composer, so I have combined my therapist knowledge and gifts as a singer to create an authorial work of sound therapy, that I call Living Singing - medicine music. It’s a session for small groups where I use voice and instruments to heal, balance and energise the chakras, with shamanic chants or improvised sounds. I see in both therapy and art ways to discover and express a deeper self, connected with our singularity and unique manifestation in the world. I’m particularly interested in helping people to find their own paths, expressions and unique gifts, as I have experienced in my own path. I like to help release blocked expressions and repressed emotions, because I believe we are healthy and complete when we can flow with all of our emotions, accept and integrate the various facets of us.

The retreat in Tunisia was one of the most beautiful that I’ve ever done.

I felt so appreciated and loved, received so many presents, that even giving a lot of energy I finished the retreat with full energy and joy.

I love Tunisian people, they are so joyful, vibrant and loving. I feel a lot of affinity, maybe because I come from Brazil, a sunny warm country too.

Tunisia has this energy of paradise for me. There’s something very sacred and very sensual for me there. It’s a place of illumination. I see so much beauty!!!

This retreat we worked a lot with the energy of PROSPERITY. And it’s very clear for me how this energy arrives when we really see our value, and are able to receive appreciation from others. So what I received there helped me to grow in my own path. It’s also very clear how prosperity comes with love and gratitude for what we have. And definitely strives when we find the right partners to work with.

I’m beyond grateful for Sara .i.t.h to invite me to facilitate and bring this healing to Tunisia. And for helping me to organize the retreat, showing in each incredible detail her excellence and love. I’m also very grateful to that helped in the structure and organization of the space too, felt so good working with you. Also Azza, Neila for the food and support, and literally everyone that brought so much joy and love for the journey. I truly love you all. And I’m very happy for the profound healings that happened for you.

That’s definitely the kind of people I want to grow with 🩷

This was my first Sound Healing group session in Portugal!! 🇵🇹

I’m so happy with the opportunity of bringing my healing work to this amazing country, in such a gorgeous place like .official 🩷

Felt really good playing for this beautiful group that came, spreading my singing through the mountains of Sintra.

This May there will be a very special festival at the .yawanawa, located in the heart of the Amazon Rainforest. 💚

It will be a 7-day festival to celebrate the 92nd birthday of Grandpa João Shãwãhu Timá, the oldest man of the Yawanawa People, a living center of love and ancestral wisdom. His grandchildren and , heirs and apprentices of Grandpa João, will also be gracing us with their art, their singing and their presence.

The festival includes ceremonies, baths with medicinal plants, body painting, singing circles and several traditional activities of the Yawanawa people.

We are honored to go to this festival and take with us a group of those who feel called to go to the forest. We are organizing the group from Ireland and Europe, and .reluz is organizing the group from Brazil.

We are committed to fulfilling Grandpa João’s dream of opening this Center in Aldeia Amparo, so that his culture and wisdom continue to be spread 🌿🌿

Neste mês de maio vai ter um festival muito especial no .yawanawa, localizado no coração da Floresta Amazônica.

Vai ser um festival de 7 dias em comemoração ao aniversário de 92 anos do Vô João Shãwãhu Timá, o homem mais velho do Povo Yawanawa, centro vivo de amor e sabedoria ancestral. Seus netos e , herdeiros e aprendizes do Vô João, estarão tb nos agraciando com sua arte, seu canto e sua presença.

O festival inclui cerimônias, banhos de plantas medicinais, pinturas corporais, rodas de cantoria e várias atividades tradicionais do povo Yawanawa.

Estamos tendo a honra de ir nesse festival e levar um grupo conosco daqueles que sentem o chamado de ir pra floresta. Estamos organizando o grupo da Irlanda e Europa, e .reluz organiza o grupo do Brasil.

Our Story

Helena Angelini began her path as a therapist in 2001, graduating in Kinergetics (Applied Kinesiology) and R.E.S.E.T (ATM Balancing Technique) with the australian Phillip Rafferty. Shortly thereafter, she was initiated into Reiki and is currently a Reiki Master. She studied Naturopathy (Massotherapy, Phytotherapy and Five Elements) at Humaniversidade Holística, in São Paulo. She attended Aromatherapy course. Graduated in Psychology from FUMEC (MG/Brazil). She studied Art Therapy, Dream Analysis, and the sound therapy technique CORPO SONORO. Therapist, singer and composer, she sees in both Therapy and Art ways of discovery and expression of a deeper self, connected with what we have of unique in us.
