My name is Thérèse O’Reilly. I am one of the co-authors in what I envision soon to be best selling book, Awaken Your Wellbeing. I am a Reflexologist and Master Reiki. I will share some of my story, my battle with post natal depression, horrendous back and shoulder injuries, bouts of pain and despair that lead me to a journey of self help, self exploration and self love. Somewhere in this journey I discovered reflexology and my ability to help people to heal themselves, which is my true passion and life purpose. Reflexology assists me to do this. Reflexology is a physical therapy and I have seen positive results over and over again. I hope you enjoy my chapter written from my heart.
