✨ Reclining into stillness ✨
Supta Baddha Konasana — a deeply restorative heart-opening pose. 🌿
How to practice:
1️⃣ Sit with knees bent, soles of feet together, and let knees drop open.
2️⃣ Recline slowly onto your back (use bolsters or pillows for support if needed).
3️⃣ Place arms comfortably by your sides, palms facing up.
4️⃣ Close the eyes, breathe deeply, and stay for 3–5 minutes.
