⭐️⭐️ Everyone has their own Porridge Bread recipe, right? ⭐️⭐️
This is mine! It’s pretty standard, but my little secret is adding lots of everything bagel seasoning on top 🤫🤫🤫. It gives the bread a lovely savory, crispy crust (you have to try it!).
Dietary swaps:
GF: Use certified gluten-free oats.
DF: Use a vegan, unsweetened yogurt.
This fits perfectly into low GI or moderate/low carb diets—just keep an eye on portion sizes (I recommend sticking to 2 slices) 🍞.
My favorite way to eat it is shown in the last slide: eggs 🐣, lots of veg 🫑🥕🍅🥒, and a little soft goat’s cheese 🧀.
