Homeopathy & Dietary Coach
Hi My name is Fiona Cannon Flannery and I am a mother of 6 girls - I started to study Homeopathy, because I experienced how it worked with my children getting over teething, colds, coughs, night terrors etc and for myself how it helped me with labour pains and the many other emotional upsets, and problems that women encounter. I love that it is such a gentle alternative, which is non-toxic and can be used by all the family.
I then went on to study Dietary Coaching with the Institute of Health Science, because I felt that correct diet and lifestyle can play a major role in our health. But trying to achieve this is not always that simple - this is why Homeopathy and Dietary Coaching work so well together because sometimes we just don't have the motivation to eat the right foods, or exercise, and this could be just because of low mood or hormonal imbalances. So Homeopathy gets us back on track and the coaching helps to stay on track.
At the moment I am studying Vitalistic Nutrition and Iridology, this is a study of the iris of the eyes, this will work as a diagnostic tool and fit nicely with Homeopathy and Dietary Coaching - so watch this space!!
