A few more trade show purchases which have arrived! It can be a bit of a surprise when it comes, as ordering at the end of a busy day of being dazzled with exciting things in a room without natural light can be the equivalent of food shopping when hungry!

Here we have:

sodas which are low sugar and contain fibre from inulin and probiotics. We have 4 delicious flavours.

Puressentiel purifying air spray which contains 41 essential oils and is scientifically proven to combat viruses, bacteria and mould, as well as freshening the air with its crisp scent. We also now have their throat spray which contains mint and thyme and has a long nozzle to reach the back of the throat effectively.

have brought out a range of adaptagenic teas and supplements which contain lion's mane mushroom amongst other herbs to help provide focus but also allow the body to relax when appropriate. We have their Pure Focus and And Breathe teas.

Last, but not least, we finally have the refillable roll on deodorants from - the bottle unscrews just below the rollerball so that it can be refilled. I love these teas and it was such a pleasure to meet their creator Bethan at .ie last week. We talked about having Welsh names, menopause, breastfeeding and, of course tea! The price point on these can make them feel like a bit of a treat but they are of such amazing quality, efficacy and taste so delicious that you won't look back after you try them. As such, I've opened this lovely Over the Moon tea today and you're welcome to come and ask for a bag to take home with you to try. We also stock their Night Owl for sleep and Morning Rescue and plan to expand the range soon

First up in "what did Siân order at the show?" (Some of these are going to be as much of a surprise for me as for you!) are these lovely things from 🥰

These are mostly line expansions such as the vitamin D junior in the 400iu dosage and the lovely new Skin Food shower cream and stick balm- if you've never smelled the skin food products, they smell divine! We also have these exciting new serum drops from which can be used alone or added in to a moisturiser. There is a large range so I've opted for these 3 for now 🥰
