Quite excited about our new cotton bags from , that are just in the door today 🥰 They're a little bit pricier than our other cotton bags at 11.50 but these are serious heavy duty quality and have all the bells and whistles - fair trade, organic, oeko-tex cotton and long handles too. They will stand up to carrying a serious load of shopping! So whether you're visiting and would like a souvenir or you're local and just proud to be from Kinvara, pop in and take a look 💜💛💜💛

You'll have to trust us on this one - we have new crisps...MUSHROOM crisps! 🤪. Sounds very odd, but trust us, they're delicious! They're made from tapioca starch and oyster mushrooms and have a texture very similar to prawn crackers. We have two flavours - Sweet Chilli and Seavory (not a typo!) which have onion, black pepper and kombu for a salty, peppery savoury taste 😋

I often have customers asking about concerts I might be playing in so I'm sharing here! Galway Baroque Singers have been kind enough to invite we in to perform with them for this Coffee Concert at St Nicholas Collegiate Church Galway this coming Saturday 21st March at 11am. For the 10 euro entry fee, which goes to their Schola Cantorum, you get coffee, cake and a beautiful concert! Hope to see some of you there! 🎶 🎵

There's been a bit of confusion today about our opening hours for next week. So here's the man himself to let you know that we're open as normal tomorrow, closed Sunday, open Monday and closed Tuesday for the bank holiday. Then it's back to normal from Wednesday 18th!

Sat 14th : 10-5.45 (closed 1-2 for lunch)
Sun 15th : closed
Mon 16th : 9.15-5.45 (closed 1-2 for lunch)

Gentle reminder this evening that, as of tomorrow morning, bread will be back on the market and not with us until October again. Given the bad forecast, I'd say head over there early enough if you want to be sure of your loaf. The fern is á propos of nothing except that I'm slightly obsessed with ferns at the moment and got this tiny beauty for my birthday the week before last! 🍃 😍

A few new bits and pieces again! We already had some fibre rich sodas but we found these new ones at our fabulous trade show in Shannon in January and they're Irish made as well as everything else, so we had to get those in!

have brought out these great little jars with what are essentially pretty healthy organic ready meals for those moments that you need something quickly but don't want to go for a snack instead of a nutrient rich food. They are organic, vegan, high in protein and reasonably priced at 3.65 for a 350g jar 😋
