2025 was a very big year for us on a personal level - never in our wildest dreams did we think we would be so lucky to be able to share the experience of becoming mothers to baby girls 7 weeks apart!

Although this brought absolute magic for our families, it also brought challenges for our business as both of us would be on maternity leave at the same time… and any other self employed people out there will know the stress of that 😅

We are so grateful you’re still here following us and we can’t wait to get back to sharing helpful reels, wellness tips and manifestation prompts with you 🥰

2026 is already lining up to be a busy year with Workshops, Zen Hens, Escapes & Online Classes & Challenges… first up… whose ready to escape to with us? 👀

The Winter Recharge is BACK 🥳… and we couldn’t be more ready or excited for this one! Trying to juggle life as new mums and trying to find time for ourselves is harder these days so this challenge is the perfect tool to keep us, and all of you who participate with us, the chance to check in daily and make sure that your receiving some much needed self care.

This 4 week challenge is for anyone that is looking for daily doses of mental and physical wellbeing, connection, weekly recipe ideas and emotional support along the way.

Starting on November 10th, join us online for daily classes combining yoga, Pilates, meditation, breath-work, positive affirmations, Journalling tips and healthy recipes to keep you nourished from the inside out this winter.
