The Winter Recharge is BACK 🥳… and we couldn’t be more ready or excited for this one! Trying to juggle life as new mums and trying to find time for ourselves is harder these days so this challenge is the perfect tool to keep us, and all of you who participate with us, the chance to check in daily and make sure that your receiving some much needed self care.
This 4 week challenge is for anyone that is looking for daily doses of mental and physical wellbeing, connection, weekly recipe ideas and emotional support along the way.
Starting on November 10th, join us online for daily classes combining yoga, Pilates, meditation, breath-work, positive affirmations, Journalling tips and healthy recipes to keep you nourished from the inside out this winter.
