We will channel all the energy we need muster on our day retreat in April.
In the shade of Knockma, where Queen Meadhbh
once stood overlooking the mighty Corrib, we will practice gentle movement to bring healing & nourishment to body & mind.

We will practice Pilates and Yoga, suitable for all levels,throughout the day.

Enjoy a walk in the ancient Knockma woods or take time to relax in the gardens, enjoy a sauna or read a book in the drawing room.
