Hi Everyone. I have come on today to share with you the beginning of my Angel cards.
I am including the introduction page and as Mary Magdalene's feast day is approaching, the card that is dedicated to her.
Please let me know what you think. I will share the painting after. Thank you
Introduction
My dear friend,
My name is Ăine Walsh. I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, an Angel Intuitive, and an Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Practitioner. I want to begin by saying thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing to work with these cards. This creation has been a journey of love, healing, and deep soul transformation.
Each card in this deck has been hand-painted by me. Some of the images came through as divine guidance; others emerged as I explored the symbols and visions that brought me personal healing and peace. When I first began to paint them, I didnât know what they were destined to become. But as the images unfolded, so too did the message: a call to reconnect with love, love of the Divine, and love of self.
These cards are here to remind you that no matter what you are going through, you are never alone. You are deeply loved, wholly seen, and divinely supported. Your prayers are heard. Your loved ones in spirit walk beside you still, and your angels and guides are always near, ready to help you. All you have to do is ask.
My own reconnection to Spirit began during one of the lowest points in my life. I felt lost and alone, even though I had people around me who loved me, I couldnât feel it, and I didnât believe I deserved it. I felt broken. Every day, I prayed for a sign, for hope, for the strength to stay.
Then, one dayâtwenty years agoâwhile praying by the sea, I was visited by an angel. She was beautiful, tall, with golden curls, blue eyes, and clothed in white. She looked just as I imagined an angel might. She spoke only one phrase, repeatedly:
âEverything will be okay. Everything will be okay Everything will be okay.â
I wept deeply, my heart opening with a flood of love I hadnât felt in years. Later, I came to know this angelâs name was Faith. And that moment marked the beginning of my new life, and this sacred path I now walk.
I am forever grateful for my family and friends who have supported me and encouraged me to finally share this deck with the world. My hope is that these cards bring you comfort, clarity, and healingâjust as they have brought to me.
May you feel the loving presence of your angels, may you always know you are held, and may you always remember what Angel Faith told me:
âEverything will be okay.â
The Red Rose.
This painting was inspired by my visit to the cave at Sainte- Baume where Mary Magdalene is said to have gone after the resurrection.
My connection with Mary Magdalene began some years ago.
While working with a lovely client, I kept hearing a voice within saying â its Mary ask her who I amâ. It was different to the other energies I had felt before.
Mother Marys energy is so gentle and soft so loving and kind.
This Mary was Direct, Insistent, Hurried. I asked my client who she was.
She laughed and said, âso youâve met herâ.â It is Mary Magdalene. The one Jesus had loved the most. The one he appeared to first after the resurrectionâ. She had come to tell me: Finish the cards. And I knew then she would be my guide.
And so began my journey with Mary Magdaline. It led me to the cave, to retreats to meeting wonderful like-minded souls who helped me on my journey. It helped me to go into deep parts of my pain that I never wanted to visit again. The Red Rose is linked to her tears after Jesus died.
The painting
When I began this painting, I tried to plan it and lay out the shape on the board. But it did not unfold like I intended. The outer big leaf on the right wanted to be shaped first. The bending and shading and blending brought me to memories and pain, bringing me into the darkness of the inner part of the leaf. Each leaf held a memory. Some lighter some darker. each to be shaped and healed. New leaves were being created that I hadnât meant to add, as more memories came up to be healed.
Gradually after a lot of soul searching and healing, I got to the centre. The darkness of it drew me in and in it I placed the symbol of the Camargue cross. The cross associated with Mary Magdaline.
The Camargue Cross
The cross part at the top represents Faith, the heart in the centre love, and the anchor Hope. It felt like everything that had come up for healing had been placed into the centre, onto the cross.
This painting took time, persistence and pain.
Finally, when the Rose was finished, I didnât know what colour to put on the outside. I had thought blue for Archangel Michael, but it was to be the green of Archangel Raphael, who has been with me guiding my healing for years.
The Card
Before you begin, take a breath. Let yourself be fully present, body, mind and spirit. Feel yourself becoming. Come to this card with intention, with openness, with love.
Give yourself permission to go within. Bring the Angels around you. You are safe.
Look at your leaves, how are they unfolding. Can you take this time to allow the memories to come, to unfold. To heal?
Breath. Allow the breath to bring the healing into your being.
You are safe. You are safe. You are safe.
Just breath, let the breath bring the unfolding. Welcome the emotions, It is time to heal.
What do you need to place on the cross?
This card asks you to deepen your connection with Mary Magdalene. The Divine Feminine. She tells us that we are pure love, we are the light, we are connected, that the forgiveness we crave is within. We are one with the divine.
She encourages so to go on. Finish what we are here to create, our purpose.
Remember the message of the Camargue Cross. Have Faith, Love and Hope, anchor them into your heart.
Sorrow is a prayer and all prayers are heard.
Allow her to help awaken in you what is hidden.
Beloved Mary Magdaline, bearer of the Rose and Cross. You saw what I hid. You brought my attention to what I avoided. You reminded me of my purpose. And you guided my return to Love.
I am forever grateful
Much Love
Ăine
