Getting to Badrinath has been a goal for a long time.
It was worth the wait and l was made so welcome there. Only 1000 selfies!. One of the great wonders of Incredible India. Thanks to for encouraging me to go and supporting me always and for the help with the logistics and wonderful hospitality.

We are not insignificant or separate from the vastness and the infinity of everything around us. Our sense of separation makes us unhappy. We need to realise that "We are That", we are significant. A wave is not separate from the ocean, a clay pot is not separate from clay and a gold chain is not separate from gold. We are the same "stuff" , the star dust that makes everything. There is no separation.

Had an early start this morning trekking for 2.5 hours up to the highest Shiva Temple in the world at 3,600 meters above sea level. I joined 100s of others trekking, on horseback or being carried up to this very famous and sacred pilgrimage site, Shri Tungnath.
