Healthy eating doesn't just happen, you gotta set yourself up to win! Just a little bit of planning/organisation/intent is required to allow healthy habits to prevail... if your fridge is stocked with healthy foods, your plates goina match that also... what's key to overall success in any task we take on is clarity, focus & a little bit of organisation & intent!! Setting yourself up to win is key, which means a little bit of food prep for the week is key ๐ ๐ ๐ I don't to meal prep for many reasons with satiety & variety being just two reasons I complete food prep each week which provides me with so much variety, satiety & most importantly a healthy connection with my food!!! Meals cooked on a Sunday & eaten on a Friday has never been a healthy option I have implemented, once food is cooked & left sitting in the fridge for the week waiting to be eaten it's really loosing a lot of it vital life force energy (Qi) or (prana/vita) healing properties, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and so on... my food prep is a "set myself up to win process", I have my shopping in, washed & prepped as much as possible, smoothie components prepped & frozen, maybe a soup or casserole to get my week started, my healthy "sweet" treats made & so on but keeping it as fresh as possible each day! Food prep is king ๐
