Insomnia - Sleep is controlled by the Brain (and that's why "sleep tips" keep failing you)

If you're exhausted all day and wired at night due to Insomnia, it's usually not your pillow, your bedtime, or your magnesium that's the real problem.

Sleep is controlled by your Brain.

Inside your brain is a kind of "sleep switch" that decides when it's safe to power down.
