Yoga Strong - starting Thur 17th for a 3 week block in Emyvale Scarna gym.
This is a great way to try a yoga class that combines functional mobility, core strength, postural alignment, flexibility and adaptability.
If you have never tried yoga before or done loads of classes you are going to learn something new and have fun at the same time.
Whether you are a strength training enthusiast, an athlete or completely new to training you are welcome.
My classes can be tailored to all levels and you can add challenge as you like (basic requirement is to be able get up and down from the floor 🙂)
