Closing our International Women's Day celebrations this year is the wonderful Britt Lee Meyer, founder and creator of 🧘‍♀️

A gifted yoga specialist, Britt blends together the healing arts of yoga, Reiki, and sound therapy to create a truly transformative experience.

Britt will be taking us through her incredible story: her early modeling career, her move from South Africa to the west of Ireland, and a lifelong journey in wellness and healing before treating you all to a guided mediation and sound therapy session in our treatment room 🙌

Our guests of honour are the incredible world renowned champion boxers Aoife and Lisa O'Rourke from 11am 🥊🌟 Dont miss the opportunity to meet these inspirational sisters who will be speaking to us about their phenomenal achievements.
