Across a couple of weekends in Feb, James and I had the absolute pleasure of delivering our .ie 24 hours CPD approved Professional Cert in Working with ADHDers. 🥳🔥☺️😍

It is always so nourishing and inspiring to facilitate learning and growth experiences for my peers. I grow and learn just as much in the process myself. I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to do what I am passionate about and be given trust and support by my peers. 🙏🏼

We are currently in discussion about rolling out this CPD again, keep an eye out if you are interested. 👀

I have just started into the 2nd year of my PhD at and today I received ethical approval for my research titled “Developing a theoretical and practice framework for working with clients challenged by su***de: A Constructivist Grounded Theory”. 🥳

It is such an honour, and a privilege, to be able to undertake this research and hopefully create knowledge that is useful for clients and the practitioners that work with them.

I’m in the final stages of putting together the slides and content for my two days facilitating the Professional Cert in Working with ADHDers in collaboration with 😍🔥🥳

This is a neuroaffirmative CPD designed by neurodivergent practitioners about neurodivergent people for the practitioners who work with them while bridging the gaps between research, theory, practice and lived experiences. Delivered by two facilitators across 4 full days. This course will provide participants an extensive in depth understanding of working with ADHDers at all ages and stages of life.

What a wonderful way to kick off 2026 🎉

The .official Counselling and Psychotherapy Research journal published by invited me to complete my first ever Peer Review of an article. 🙏🏼

It was an enjoyable experience and a lovely way to affirm the work I have been doing to date, especially as I am currently in a reflective frame of mind as it is! ☺️

What else might come in 2026 is unknown but this is a great way to start the year and get back to things after the festive season. 👌🏼
