The death has occurred of Colm Ward, Corlackin, Creggs, Co.Galway on the 29th of August 2023. Deeply regretted by his adored parents Mary and Marty, loving daughter, Aoibheann, cherished sister, Claire and brother, Padraic. God Son, Lorcan, nephews, Aaron and Darragh. Uncles, Michael Ward, John and Tommy Kearney. Aunt, Delia Regan. Brother-in-law, Declan Condon, Sister-in-law, Isra. Cousins, neighbours and treasured circle of friends. Pre-deceased by his uncle, Jimmy Ward.

Reposing at family home at Corlackin, Creggs, Co. Galway, F42 W181 on Saturday, 2nd of September, from 3pm to 8pm. Removal from the house to St. Michael's Church, Glinsk on Sunday, 3rd of September, for Mass of the Resurrection at 2pm. Burial afterwards in Ballinakill Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Bridie Grady (nee Goode) Ballincurry, Glinsk, Castlerea, Co. Galway on 22nd April, 2022, peacefully, at Oakwood Nursing Home, Roscommon.


Deeply regretted by her husband Mickey, daughters Ger and Deirdre, sons Seamus and Micheal, daughters-in-law Caroline and Belinda, grand children, great grand children, sisters Kathleen and Nancy, brothers Pat and Tom, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace

Reposing at Divilly's funeral home, Glenamaddy (Eircode F45 EF60) on Sunday evening from 6pm - 8pm. Walk through only, please.

Funeral Mass on Monday at 11am in St. Michael's Church, Glinsk, with burial afterwards in Ballinakill Cemetery. Family flowers only - donations, if desired, to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.

The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) Hanley, Treanboy, Ballymoe Co.Galway and Reading, England, 13th August 2021. Suddenly, at University College Hospital Galway. Predeceased by his parents Kathleen and Michael, brothers Ambrose, Patrick, Tom, Christy and Andrew, sisters Annie and Mary. Jimmy will be sadly missed by his brothers John, Martin and Frank, sister Ann, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Removal will take place from the family home in Treanboy on Wednesday to arrive at St. Croan's Church, Ballymoe, for 12 o'clock Mass, burial afterwards in Kilcroan Cemetery. Due to ongoing government guidelines Jimmy's Funeral Mass will be held for family only. If you wish to leave a message of condolence for Jimmy's Family you may do so in the book of condolences below.

The death has occurred of Mary Curley (Nee Kenny) 27th July 2021, late of Sonnagh, Creggs and Central Park Nursing Home, Clonberne, Ballinasloe, Co.Galway, in her 97th year.
Predeceased by her Husband Michael. Sadly missed by her loving family, Mickey (Annaghadown), Annie May (Kilkerrin), Carmel (Clonberne), Margaret (Clonberne) and Tommy (Glinsk), daughters-in-law Dymphna and Noleen, sons-in-law, Ollie,James and Freddy. Dearly missed by her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sadly missed by her Brother John, sisters-in-law Mary and Maureen, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

In line with current Government guidelines, Marys Funeral will be held for family members only.
Reposing at the home of her son Tommy, Removal to St.Mary Church, Kilbegnet on Friday the 30th for 11 o'clock mass with burial afterward in Kilbegnet Cemetery.
Requiem Mass will be live streamed from 11 o'clock on the following link.
