Ireland Before Christianity — A Land of Gods, Law, and Living Memory

Achoooo 🤧

My eldest is smothering with a dose so I made her some tea with what I have in house

Ginger
1 whole lemon squeezed
A few black peppercorns
A nettle tea bag
A three chamomile tea bag
A licorice and peppermint tea bag
A lot of water
I will let this come to the boil and reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 mins to infuse in water
She can have a mug of it with honey and the rest can be refrigerated and heated up when she needs it

just came into my bedroom to lie on my bed to mediate(still feeling this energy, so working with it )
Tommy my cat lies at end of my bed all the time and when I lay down he walked over and lay on my legs as if he was grounding me 🤣 why, thank you Tommy ,I needed that 🐈‍⬛ 🥳🤣
