John Bowe is a Coaching Psychologist with dual Master’s degrees in Psychology and Positive Coaching Psychology, and a member of the Coaching Division of the Psychological Society of Ireland.

He works with adolescents and adults who feel stuck, uncertain, or at a crossroads, helping them build resilience, recognise their strengths, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
John supports clients through key life transitions, including moving into secondary school, exploring apprenticeships, and preparing for further education or the workplace. His approach is practical, strengths-based, and grounded in psychological research, while remaining warm, collaborative, and person-centred.

A distinctive aspect of John’s practice is outdoor walk-and-talk coaching, offered in safe and accessible public spaces. Sessions may take place in Gorey Park, Camolin Woods, or along the Cahore Cliff Walk, using movement and nature to support reflection, perspective, and fresh insight. John also delivers Transition Year programmes in secondary schools and facilitates workshops in alternative education settings such as Youthreach, supporting young people to build confidence and prepare for future pathways.
