As we move into the Christmas period, I want to gently remind everyone to look out for yourselves and for those around you. This time of year can bring joy, but it can also feel overwhelming, emotional, or lonely for many.

If you can, try to give yourself permission to slow down, rest and recharge. Taking time away from the usual routine can be an important part of caring for your mental and emotional wellbeing ☺️

I'll be taking a short break myself over Christmas from the end of next week and will be back in the New Year feeling recharged and ready for 2026 🤩 From January I'll be opening up a small number of additional therapy spaces too - if you'd like to know more get in touch on 085 767 8384 or keelancp@outlook.com.

Karina is a qualified and insured Foot Health Practitioner and M.I.C.P.O member, offering professional foot care services with a holistic, patient-centred approach. With a background in nursing, she prioritises safety and wellbeing and also provides home visits on request.

Karina offers an extensive range of foot care services, including nail trimming and treatment of ingrown toenails and thickened & fungal toenails. corns, calluses, verruca's, diabetic foot care services & neurovascular assessments.

We are so proud of our practitioners here who give back at Christmas- This year we have Lauren LK- YOGA who gave all the proceeds from her Yoga Class to vouchers for Children in Need.

Irma collected for Merchants Quay Ireland with a charity Reiki Healing Circle.

❤️I am hosting a Charity Reiki Healing Circle on Thursday 11th December in the Olive Room, The Palms Health & Wellbeing, Gorey Y25 V6P6. The cost for this is €20 including refreshments. (All monies will be donated directly to Merchants Quay Ireland and a receipt will be sent from MQI by email to anyone coming.) Everyone will receive a reiki healing, meditation, drumming and sitting in sacred circle in a loving supportive space.
