Well what a year!!!!! 2025 was certainly interesting, that's for sure 🙈.
Thank you all again for trusting me with your healing journeys this year. I'm so privileged to work with you all, and looking forward to doing so again in 2026.

Busy weekend was had at our AGM and CPD events. An AGM to go down in our history books of 2 of the largest associations coming together (AFPA & ACI) along with some fabulous lectures were had 😀

Hi Folks!
Hope everyone survived the summer! It was a busy one, both at home and in clinic.
The boys are back to school and so far so good!
The weather is changing, you can feel the nip in the air, and tomorrow is the beginning of the "ber" months!
Mind yourselves, wrap up, remember your Vit C, D, Zinc to keep your immune systems up. There are already a lot of bugs doing the rounds 🙈
Acupuncture is amazing for helping boost immunity along with helping decongest blocked sinuses and stuffy ears.
