Sana na mBan: Honour your Inner Goddess

We’re back for another year joining the 2026 Brigit festival with . A celebration of the power and creativity of women through the spirit of the Goddess Brigit 🔥💧

Join us in our Dundrum space again for a night of renewal, community and female energy. This will be a 2 hour event, with guided meditation and intention setting followed by sauna, treats, tea and friends :)

We’ll be keeping our space private for this event until close as well, so no one has to rush. You’ll be welcome to some extended time in the heat after the event if you’d like it!

We absolutely loved this experience last year and we’re excited to bring it back and have you join us 🥰

Yoga n’ Sauna *make it 2026*

Good news. We get to keep as our flow master this year! Every 3rd Sunday morning in Dundrum, we bring you yoga, sauna, friends, time, space, hopefully a laugh or two.

First come, first serve. Spots are limited, but if we keep filling up we’ll look into bringing you some more session options :) To book in:

1. Go to the link in our bio and hit “book Dundrum”, that will take you to Wunderbook
2. Scroll over to Sunday, January 18th at 8am
3. Click into the first session of the day, titled “yoga by Zoë”

If you have any questions you know you can always give us a call. Or send Zoë an ema if you have specific questions about the flow, injuries you’d like to share in advance etc.

🔥 €85 Community Sessions
^ this one is actually a give back that can be found across our locations. A private 10 person barrel at a reduced rate, for you, some friends or open it up to allow others to join you for free. Go find em 😘

We present to you, more cats, more Zoë, and your next yoga experience. Zoë you’re such a treat to work with, thank you for bringing this session to our space. If you’ve noticed a bit of a theme, yes this is offered once a month, every 3rd Sunday 😎
