Created and hosted by our founders Laura & Rob, to enjoy the benefits of sauna as a family.

This is a safe and unhurried environment, where kids can learn about how their bodies react to the cold and the heat.

Drinks, toys, colouring pages and other activities in our chill out zones are there to provide fun breaks (or maybe they’re over the sauna and would rather colour).

We’ve had so much fun hosting this session and we’re excited to get to open it up to everyone!

Extra long sessions. Come and really take your time. Use our chill out areas, maybe pack yourself a lunch, we already have reading and colouring sheets down here. Stay a while.

We did it! Almost through January. Yay for a long weekend. Yay for hot saunas (and sure yeah cold plunges in winter). Yay for longer days. More sun. Friends. Laughs. Whatever else you can think of 🤝

Sana na mBan: Honour your Inner Goddess

We’re back for another year joining the 2026 Brigit festival with . A celebration of the power and creativity of women through the spirit of the Goddess Brigit 🔥💧

Join us in our Dundrum space again for a night of renewal, community and female energy. This will be a 2 hour event, with guided meditation and intention setting followed by sauna, treats, tea and friends :)

We’ll be keeping our space private for this event until close as well, so no one has to rush. You’ll be welcome to some extended time in the heat after the event if you’d like it!

We absolutely loved this experience last year and we’re excited to bring it back and have you join us 🥰
