Dear 1 in 8 Men of Instagram & beyond.

Imparting knowledge… I sense I was divinely guided to sit beside a really inspiring courageous Man when I was having lunch yesterday and we got chatting about his Diagnosis and personal journey with Prostate Cancer ~ with Full permission to share.

Below is his flyer for a valuable Peer Support group he set up specifically for Men at stage 4.

I have made this public so it can be shared far and wide. He also gave me his pin brooch ‘the main symbol for Prostate Cancer UK ~ the “Man of Men” icon, a stylized figure made of 77 smaller icons representing the people united to fight the disease. It represents, supports, and remembers the 1 in 8 men affected by prostate cancer.’

Spend an afternoon in serene & peaceful Knockrose House, Enniskerry during the peak of the potent New Moon in Aries, the first New Moon of the Astrological year.

A very powerful time to gather in circle with our Mná Folk where I will be weaving the following threads around Heart Coherence & Moon Musings throughout the afternoon;

Sipping Cacao amongst the Cows on Gorse Hill this evening on the Pisces new moon. Ribbons were hung on the hawthorn and a missing ribbon from last year peeked up from the wet soil so she’s back in her magic spot!

Our Next gathering will be on Friday 17th April in Knockrose House Enniskerry during the peak of the Aries new moon 1-4pm. Bring your magic and your good selves however that looks on the day 💚

Answering an inner call to move with the timing of the upcoming New Moon by holding a gathering on Weds evening on Bray Head!

Join us to walk mindfully, meditate & sip cacao (optional) in circle ⭕️ under the energies of this potent Piscean New Moon (and Spring Equinox on 20th) ~ an auspicious mystical & intuitive time to gather 🌑 in the polarities of light and dark.

Meeting at:
Ballynamuddagh Road (top of windgates ~ almost half way between Greystones and Bray) will send pin 📌 if joining us.

Date/Time: Weds 18th 5pm sharp to 7pm ( sunset 6.33pm⭐️)

Please dress with warmth and comfort in mind. Bring a mug/cup & a torch/head torch ( phones will work too!) for the descent. This is an uphill walk but not too much of an incline.

Join us for our next soulFull gathering on February 15th, coinciding with the New Moon in Aquarius and the upcoming *Year of the Fire Horse*.

We’ll let Nature guide us through the early stirrings of Spring at Imbolc as we meditate, meander, and create a circle among the grounded trees and unfurling ferns. We will also (optional) work with New Moon Wishes/Intentions aligned with Aquarius frequencies & energy.

You may like to Join us on our first Pathless Path (formerly Hush Hikes) of the year on Sunday January 18th in Enniskerry.

This will be our 8 year anniversary ♾️ and will coincide with the first New Moon of 2026.

We will take Natures lead during these liminal days of Winter as we Meditate & Mindfully Meander amongst the Forest Trees and Ferns

*A new (optional) & illuminating offering 🌙 will be an invitation to make New Moon Wishes/Intentions in harmony with the energies that will be atmospherically potent in the sign of Capricorn.

All you will need to bring is an open heart, a curious mind and a warm drink. 🌀

These gatherings are mostly held in silence. 🤫
