🎉 Online Appointment Bookings and Prescription Requests are live! 🎉

We can finally confirm that you can now go ahead and register to book your appointments and order your prescriptions online on the Pippo App.

***UPDATE 08/09/2025: We are please to inform you that our software providers have thankfully finally resolved this issue.

If you are an active patient of the practice you may now register your details on the Pippo App and book your appointments or request a repeat prescriptions.***

Our software providers are still working on resolving the issue which as occurred with the Pippo App. We will keep you posted on developments.

News! We have taken the plunge are launching online bookings and prescription requests via the Pippo App. Our software providers have told us that the app will take approximately 24 hours to get fully set up, at which time you will be able to register for the service by clicking the link in the sms you will have received from us 02/09/2025. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact the Practice directly.

You may have received a text message from us since 03/07/2025 labelled Likely Scam.

Please be assured this is a text from us.

Our Sender ID has been confirmed with ComReg however there is a wider technical issue on the ComReg side which is effecting many GP Practices. We are hoping that this will be resolved in the next few days. In the meantime we have had to turn off our automatic appointment reminders.

We apologise for any inconvenience and hope that you will bear with us while ComReg sort their issue.

Due to the red status weather warning in place for all counties, and following government advice, the surgery will be closed Friday 24th January until 1:30pm.

If you have a medical emergency you are advised to call the emergency services.

A red weather warning means everyone should stay indoors, avoid unnecessary travel, and take action to protect themselves and their properties.
