Just letting you know about these online yoga sessions with my sister Niamh's Yinstinct Yoga. An effective way to manage the stress of our current lives.

Dear world! I need Yoga right now, and I suspect you do too. So I am offering a month of online classes and meditations here on facebook, with 2-3 classes per week, and some short meditations, you will have a rich resource to take you through the next month for only €40. Strong, Gentle, and Restorative options. You can book at the link below.
