I have been working with authentic movement and dance since 2009, qualifying as a 5Rhythms Waves Teacher in Oct 2014. I am currently studying the HeartBeat Map of the 5Rhythms. Since 1995, I have been working as a Masseuse and Reflexologist. I bring the 5Rhythms to the Earthsong Camps yearly, (where musicians on camp take the 5Rhythms to another level), plus to the Family Constellations yearly camps in Blessington where I work with electronic sounds, & silence. I have also brought the 5Rhythms to Body & Soul and Electric Picnic, Cork, Clare, Dublin & Paris. I live in beautiful Greystones, & I am the proud mother to four amazing sons.
