Coastal Reiki Sligo Reiki is a gentle yet powerful hands on healing , bringing balance to the body, mind & spirit. Reiki is a complementary therapy.

working with the nervous system- helping reduce stress, calms the mind and supports you with any condition. I am a mother of 3, I have always had a strong interest in complimentary therapies, I studied and qualified in Reflexology in 2007. I then started to take in interest in Reiki and since than after feeling and experiencing all its amazing qualities i became qualified as a Reiki Master in 2021,i decided to open my own studio in 2024.
