Looking after my body, mind & soul..
What does it look like in a few nice pics? A great life, yes I'm so privileged to get to do, I teach yoga & Fitness & a more connected life, I show up for myself in these ways every single day.
Its not easy, its difficult to do what's uncomfortable, to make small hard decisions whether that be to train, to carve out an hour or time to meal prep or time alone.
This week I done a refresher in Rahanni Celestial Healing, a healing modality that works on a a higher frequency of healing - 5th dimensional that opens the heart centre through connecting to divine light of truth, love & compassion.
Im 4 years attuned to this energy and still being attuned again on Sunday was amazing 🩷
So excited to bring this powerful healing to people through 1:1 work and in groups. Its something that has to be experienced to be felt ✨️

Taking life slower - to heal a stressed & burnt out nervous system ✨️❄️💤🌄
More walks in Nature just listening to the sounds with no headphones can change your nervous system instantly ✨️
Listening to the sounds of water, birds & wind can literally change your brain waves from high to low alpha 🌄
Other ways Ive been helping heal my nervous system:
☕️Cutting out coffee - switching to camomile tea throughout the day ☕️
💆♀️Using insight timer app daily- mornings and evenings Ive used this app for years and it has some great content 💆♀️
💤Somatic movement- very slow, mindful movement listening to my body.
🌬Breathwork- coming away from deep intense breathwork to just simple box breathing or long extended exhails for 5-10 breaths throughout the day.
❄️Cold water- splashing my face with cold water & cold showers for a few seconds ❄️
📖 Journalling- something I find so affective but really lack any consistency with it. Its one that helps me a lot 🫶

Delighted to share that we raised €470 for at our sweatmas fundraiser ❤️🙌
Myself and the kids went up to the boathouse this morning to count the money raised and they were filled with selection boxes and goodies from Hopper Rennicks & co. 🙌🙏
They weren't as impressed with the sirens as they were with the sweets 😂😂
THANK YOU so so very much to everyone who donated so kindly and who attended the class. It's heart warming when communities come together for a great cause. The lads from Meath River Rescue as we know have done so much for our community and other communities around the country over the years and very recently over the past few weeks. They rely solely on donations with no government funding and put their lives on the line to help heartbroken families ❤️
We can't thank you enough for your work and just delighted that I can make a small contribution to your hard work ❤️
