No one is perfect and not every day is good but there is always something perfect in one day. Living a healthy life through proper nutrition, physical exercise and a positive mind will help you become a better and happier person. Yoga and exercise helps us to come into our bodies more, clear the mind of stress and tension and let go of what does not serve us. A good whole food diet and physical activity can help us feel, look and think better from day to day. Whether you are a pro athlete, gym go-er or someone who has never exercised before or just have a generally unhealthy diet/lifestyle, we can all improve on the person we are today. When we learn to connect the mind with the body through healthy eating, daily exercise, positive thinking, gratitude and appreciating small things in life, we can become the best of ourselves. Remember health and fitness is not a destination its a journey through life. All those small decisions and actions either improve us or teach us a lesson, you are in control of your life. I want to helpyou to become a better person through healthy lifestyle change; yoga information, classes, mindfulness, meditation, poses, easy recipes, fitness motivation, weight-loss, strength, conditioning, hypertrophy, woman's fitness, nutrition tips are what I cover. A gentle pause between the doing, the giving, the holding…

As we move between International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, I’m inviting you into a space that’s just for you.
An evening to soften, to exhale, to be held.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, setting intentions for what you need more of in this season…
Followed by slow, nourishing yoga and then resting into deeply restorative yoga & heart healing meditation to support your body and nervous system.

There’s something really special about carving out time in your week just for you… to move, breathe, connect, and be supported 🤍

My Wednesday class is almost full (just 2 spaces left 💫), and I have a few spaces remaining on Fridays that I’d love to fill with more lovely mums & babies.

This is your space to:

🌿 Gently rebuild strength post-baby

🌿 Move your body in a safe, supportive way

🌿 Connect with other mums who get it

🌿 Take a moment to breathe and reset your mind and body

Taking life slower - to heal a stressed & burnt out nervous system ✨️❄️💤🌄

More walks in Nature just listening to the sounds with no headphones can change your nervous system instantly ✨️

Listening to the sounds of water, birds & wind can literally change your brain waves from high to low alpha 🌄

Other ways Ive been helping heal my nervous system:

☕️Cutting out coffee - switching to camomile tea throughout the day ☕️

💆‍♀️Using insight timer app daily- mornings and evenings Ive used this app for years and it has some great content 💆‍♀️

💤Somatic movement- very slow, mindful movement listening to my body.

🌬Breathwork- coming away from deep intense breathwork to just simple box breathing or long extended exhails for 5-10 breaths throughout the day.

❄️Cold water- splashing my face with cold water & cold showers for a few seconds ❄️

📖 Journalling- something I find so affective but really lack any consistency with it. Its one that helps me a lot 🫶

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to set intentions for our highest good, followed by gentle, grounding movement to release tension and stagnant energy in the body.

Delighted to share that we raised €470 for at our sweatmas fundraiser ❤️🙌

Myself and the kids went up to the boathouse this morning to count the money raised and they were filled with selection boxes and goodies from Hopper Rennicks & co. 🙌🙏

They weren't as impressed with the sirens as they were with the sweets 😂😂

THANK YOU so so very much to everyone who donated so kindly and who attended the class. It's heart warming when communities come together for a great cause. The lads from Meath River Rescue as we know have done so much for our community and other communities around the country over the years and very recently over the past few weeks. They rely solely on donations with no government funding and put their lives on the line to help heartbroken families ❤️

We can't thank you enough for your work and just delighted that I can make a small contribution to your hard work ❤️

Join us on your journey to motherhood, settle into a place of calmness, gentle movements to release and relax the body and learn to breathe down to your baby and prepare the body and mind for labour and motherhood 🤰✨️

Ive had the pleasure of guiding mums along the path from Maiden to mother for the past 3 years including my own pregnancies and I love bringing my experience and knowledge to this space to help mums remember their power and peace within 🤍

⏩️Kickstart MONTHLY plans- this is a tailored plan that individually assess your lifestyle to help create more balance with health, fitness, food, stress, sleep and all things in between. Perfect for anyone feeling stuck that needs a personal boost of confidence and a push to get back to exercise, movement, eating better, looking after yourself more kindly 🤍

⏩️Strong Seniors - a strength class for mature adults targeting strength, mobility, agility, balance & Coordination as well as socialising with others the same age.

⏩️Postnatal fitness- this class offers a combination of yoga, strength, pelvic floor stability, core strength, posture correction and fitness in a baby friendly environment 👶

⏩️Teen Fit- a class for teens ages 12-14 building & learning how to use weights safely, building confidence and fitness along the way.

⏩️Pregnancy Yoga- a space for prenatal mums to unwind, relax and move their growing bodies to help relieve symptoms and enjoy building a connection with growing baby 🤰

A lovely few weeks to replenish the soul 🌊🌞

A beautiful time spent in the West with family & then up north for a day with friends 🫶

Lots of time spent in the water, Connecting inward and also plenty of time to socialise too it's all about finding that balance and it will never be perfectly balanced. We sacrifice one thing for the other and I'm happy to return to normality tomorrow & feeling so grateful to look forward to the work I do every day 🫶

Kicking off the week with Yoga in to start off a busy Tuesday 🩷🙏✨️

Summer can be busy but don't forget to carve out you time, it's more important than you know 🌟

I want to help you to become a better person through healthy lifestyle change; yoga, online classes, meditation, breath work, easy recipes, improving fitness & performance, weight-loss, strength & conditioning, hypertrophy (building muscle, body building, whatever you want to call it! woman's fitness, nutrition and food science are some areas I have worked in and studied over the past 12 years in the fitness industry. I love to learn new things all the time and help inform people about areas I have knowledge on, So if you have any questions or comments please feel free to share them.

Life is about learning, making mistakes and learning again- Evolving! A never ending cycle of creation.
