Hi everyone,
I’m very excited that after 10 years of teaching Clinical Mat Pilates here in Kenmare, I’m finally able to offer Reformer Pilates classes starting January 2026!

The Allegro Next Gen Reformers have officially arrived from the U.S., and they are absolutely beautiful. They’re designed to provide a smooth, supportive, full-body workout suitable for every level.

To begin, most sessions will be Intro Reformer classes, and class times may adjust slightly depending on demand.

I will also be offering Level 1 and Level 2 Reformer shortly — please let me know if you are already practicing at these levels so I can place you in the right group.

Mat classes will continue in the same space as always.

This has been a long time in the making, and I’m genuinely thrilled to bring this new offering to the community. Thank you for your support over the years, I can’t wait for you to try Reformer Pilates in the New Year!

If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this email.
Warmly,
Ramone Holly

Athletes come to the reformer to move better, recover faster, and feel stronger in their bodies. The spring resistance supports healthy joint mechanics and guides you through controlled ranges of motion that reduce injury risk.

Over time, movement becomes smoother, mobility improves, and recovery feels easier. Reformer Pilates is smart, intentional cross-training that elevates athletic performance in any sport.

Did you know the reformer is almost 100 years old!Joseph Pilates designed the very first one in the 1920’s.

He started out by attaching springs to hospital beds while working with injured soldiers during World war 1 , this was to help people move , strengthen and recover when they couldn’t stand.

He moved to New York in 1926 and built the first official version of the reformer as we know it today with a smooth gliding carriage, adjustable springs , straps and footbar.

It was originally called the “Universal Reformer” because he genuinely believed it could reform the body as a whole.
