All classes start the week of March 9th

Foundation class
A beginner-friendly class introducing the core principles of Pilates on the mat.

Focus on proper alignment, breathing, and foundational movements to build strength, stability, and body awareness. Perfect for those new to Pilates or returning after a break, those with back pain or post natal.

Intermediate Class

A dynamic, strength-focused Pilates class building on solid foundations. Expect stronger flow, deeper core challenge, balance work, and layered progressions that demand control and precision.

For those ready to level up and move with confidence.

Pilates & Barre Class

A dynamic fusion class combining high-repetition standing barre work with focused Pilates core training.

The first half builds heat and endurance through strong, controlled barre sequences targeting legs and glutes. The second half moves to the mat for precise Pilates-based core work to strengthen, sculpt, and stabilise.

Expect a full-body burn, improved posture, and deep core activation.

Any questions please do not hesitate to contact!

See you on the mat!

All Mat Pilates classes will continue to run as normal, alongside the new Reformer timetable.

You’ll find the updated schedule attached below. Please note that class times may continue to evolve and change subject to demand, as we add more levels and specialised sessions.

If you’re already working comfortably at Level 1 or Level 2, feel free to let us know — this helps us plan the next phase of the timetable.

As always, thank you for your continued support. We’re really looking forward to welcoming you into the studio and onto the reformers.
