Join Micheala for a calming soundbath featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes.
Begin with a gentle guided meditation centered on a simple three-phrase mantra, helping you settle the body, quieten the mind, and arrive fully in the present moment.
You’ll then be carried into the immersive soundbath, where tension, stress, and mental clutter slowly dissolve. Experience the radical power of rest in this dedicated space, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more present.

In delighted to be hosting .therapy next week for one of her incredible ‘Introduction to foam rolling and self massage’ workshops.

Aching back, tight shoulders and neck, old injuries that still remind you they’re there? If this sounds familiar, come and learn how to ease sore muscles and tight spots.
Join a workshop led by an experienced massage therapist who works with tension in the body every day.
During this workshop, you’ll be guided through simple and effective techniques to work with your fascia — using gentle pressure and a dedicated breathing technique to help your body soften and deeply relax.

You’ll learn how to release tightness in your back, neck, shoulders, and legs, and discover how to bring more ease and relaxation into your everyday life.

No experience needed — just come as you are.
All tools are provided.

Foam rolling can feel incredibly grounding and calming — bring your mum, sister, or daughter, and spend this time together. 🌸

Yoga is intended as a practice. There’s never any judgement or competition. You are welcome to show up just as you are. It’s an opportunity to tune in, to breathe, and move in a way that feels good for you. But it’s also a practice of connection and community and when we share it we can support each other, we can laugh together and feel a deeper connection.

To celebrate that, this week in the studio you can bring a friend for free to any class.

It’s the perfect way to introduce someone new to yoga or to come along together for a bit of support. You might even use it as an excuse to try a new class or a different teacher.

If you’re on a class pass, just message or email me your friend’s name and I’ll get them booked in.
If you’re booking a drop-in you can message also or use the code BAFFF when booking your spot and your friend comes along for free.

Classes are already filling up, so I’d recommend booking early using the link in the bio.

8-Week MBSR–MBCT Course

This course combines the foundations of mindfulness with techniques from CBT, helping you:
✨ Recognise unhelpful thinking patterns
✨ Reduce worry and rumination
✨ Work more wisely with emotions like stress, anxiety, or low mood
✨ Be kinder to yourself when things feel challenging
✨ Reconnect with the simple joys of being alive

Mindfulness is present-moment awareness, it’s paying attention on purpose, without judgement and it gives us the space to respond rather than react. Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn practical tools to build resilience and return to balance more easily after stress.

Kids Yoga is back this October!

I’m so excited to let you know that Emma is staying anew course of Kids Yoga on Wednesday, October 2nd at 3.30pm. These classes are a beautiful mix of yoga, mindfulness, and arts & crafts, perfect for kids aged 3 and up.

Spaces always fill quickly, so if you’d like to book, head to the link in bio.

During the October midterm, Emma will also be running a 3-day Kids Yoga Camp:
October 27th – 29th
10am – 2pm each day
For ages 3+

Kids can expect yoga, mindfulness, crafting, mindful art, and plenty of fun and games. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
