A Look Back at February ☀️☀️

Another month that has absolutely FLOWN by, truly struggling to keep up with the weeks now!!

These pictures are simply the highlights and do not take into account everything and everyone behind the scenes for whom I am so grateful ❤️❤️

Honestly a very lucky woman to be surrounded by this team, we continue to strive to provide the best care for your babies, children and young people….whilst also having a bit of fun along the way too😉😂

Truthfully so unbelievably delighted to have our wonderful business nominated for a second year running in The Family Edit Awards 2026!!! 🥹🥰

I cannot truly believe how quickly this year has passed and how much has changed in that time!!With an ever-growing team we are so so happy to continue to provide an excellent children’s physiotherapy service that we can all be proud of 🧡🧡🧡

So grateful to for shining a light and supporting family friendly businesses, honestly it sometimes means more than you know 🫶🫶

To the entire team and all the support behind the scenes, I am so proud of each and every one of you, thank you so much for all that you do and I can’t wait to see what our next year brings Xx

A Look Back at January!!!!⭐️⭐️

I know this might be an unpopular opinion but I honestly thought January flew by!!!!Soo many great things to fill you in on so let’s get going….

1. Ciara is back!!!!!After undergoing ACL surgery herself at the end of last October, I cannot tell you how delighted we are to have Ciara back with us!!!While she might not be doing handstands just yet, Ciara brings such a huge warmth and energy to the place, never mind her clinical expertise, huge welcome back 🩷🩷

2. While continuing to run really successful clinics in both Trim and Enfield, Caitlin began a 6-week Advanced Online Paediatric Orthopaedic Course with This has been such an excellent course already from which we are all learning, such a sign of the dedication that Caitlin has to her Paediatric clients 🩷🩷

3. Due to the growing nature of our team, Aoife has began to dedicate more of her time to clinical supervision to ensure all staff are well supported and continue to grow and learn. Restarting Business Coaching sessions with has been a huge goal for 2026 and this has helped this year get off to a great start 🤗🤗

4. We relaunched our new website!!!So much going on behind the scenes with this and still lots to do but so grateful for the direction and support of .ie with this 💛💛

5 and 6. Our newest team members Niall and Seán are continuing to build their Paediatric caseloads and are flying it!!Two excellent physiotherapists, we so looking forward to supporting their development and seeing them excel this year 🙌🙌

7. To say there is a lot of work going on behind the scenes with our spinal service is an understatement!! Beyond grateful to for their specialist knowledge with this. I cannot wait to see both our clinics grow and support each other, exciting times ahead 🫶🫶

And that pretty much rounds up January, no wonder it flew by!!!!Roll on the brighter days of February, we can’t wait to see what you have in store!!

It’s been a little while since we have introduced ourselves and you might have noticed our team is growing!!!!

I truly truly could not be prouder of this group who work so hard every day with children of all ages to help get them back on track🙌🙌

A Look Back at November ❄️❄️
I won’t lie folks there’s a fair bit in this one!!!Bring your cuppa ☕️ 😂

🧡 The beginning of November saw our wonderful physio Ciara undergoing an ACL Reconstruction following a sport’s injury of her own😢😢For anyone who knows Ciara you will know she is sorely missed and we continue to wish her very well with her rehabilitation ❤️❤️

🧡 As a result, brilliant Caitlin is now covering a Paediatric clinic in the Compass Physio Clinic in Enfield as well as in Trim and is flying it, we are so unbelievably grateful for all her hard work 🫶🫶

🧡 Fiona continues excel on the Paediatric front in Trim, rehabbing lots of sports injuries and making sure she gets the best out of each one of her clients 🙌🙌

🧡 We got to welcome not one but TWO new physios to our fold!!!!Both Sean and Niall are absolute gentlemen, having both come from elite sporting backgrounds they will continue to work across both the Compass Physio and The Children’s Physio Ireland settings 🙌🙌🙌

🧡 Behind the scenes there is so much more ongoing but for me personally this has been an incredible month, I am truly so proud of everyone of these clinicians and the hard work they put in every day.

A Little Look Back at the Month of October 🍁🍁

After the longest month ever in September I truly cannot believe where October has gone!!!!This one was such a busy one most notably taken up by learning, teaching and service restructuring 🙌🙌

The learnings taken from the course with continue to transform the way we see our active kids. The fact that we got to link in for this made it all the better!!

I truly remain inspired by both Angela and Niamh who are not only incredible women but are absolute powerhouses in the Paediatric Physio world 🌍 🌍

The clinic remains exceptionally busy with both big and small people!!The juggle of life outside of work continues to be fun, especially when you throw some dressing up into the mix 😜😂

A return was exactly what the doctor ordered for us…..if not just for the chats with my eldest as much as anything!!

This week is a little bit quieter for us due to half term but no doubt we will see a return to all fun and games next week as we head into November 🧡🧡

We truly cannot thank you all enough for your ongoing support, we have been so delighted to meet and support so many families over recent weeks and we endeavour to provide a first class service to each and every one who comes to see us 🫶🫶

Eeeeep!!!!!!!
I cannot tell you how much I am beaming from ear to ear posting this 🥹🥹😭😭🥰🥰

I won’t lie to you when I first set up The Children’s Physio Ireland in 2021 it was a leap of faith. As I’ve said many times before, the physio bit I was ok about but the business part…well winging it was putting it mildly😂😂

In truth I have had so many amazing supporters along the way including my amazing family, friends, other fab Paediatric Physios, ALL the crew and the wonderful 🫶🫶

4 years in and I wouldn’t change it for all the world, helping children and their families every single day is why we do what we do and I am so so excited to see where we go next 🙌🎉🙌🎉
