Still buzzing from our wonderful yoga retreat in the Burren last weekend. From warrior in the forest at St Colman's cave to savasana on the rocks, an incredible experience of yoga, connection and nature was had by all.

We had our first yoga retreat in the Burren this weekend. A wonderful few days of yoga, good food, amazing scenery, chats and laughter, fireside meditations and even a snowy hike to Eagle Rock! Here's to many more .....
