Prenatal Yoga Classes with Fionnuala. I’m a Physical Therapist trained in exercise for Pregnancy and much more. Classes will go ahead only if there is enough demand for the first course. Please share. It’s a real benefit when pregnant to have a local yoga class to attend and to meet local new mothers to be. 🤰💚

Hi everyone, I’m looking at starting a Pregnancy Yoga Class in Kilcock if there is sufficient interest. I am a certified Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and general Yoga Teacher, a Physical Therapist with a special interest in Women’s health and a B.Sc in Applied Health Science which focused on Pregnancy. I have 3 children can speak from personal experience about many of the challenges and joys of pregnancy. If you or someone you know is interested please get in touch.
