8 portions of Lasagne, 3 chicken curry and 2 spaghetti bolognese all ready for the freezer. Diet coke chicken on the batch cook list for tomorrow too 😋 and maybe even a bolognese pasta bake... it definitely helps having all my favourites prepped in advance 😀

Make some noise for Claire! She lost a jaw-dropping 18st 7.5lbs (117.7kg) and is our Woman of the Year 2025 👑🌟!

At her heaviest, Claire felt at rock bottom. Her weight affected every part of her life, and though she longed to start a family she couldn’t conceive 💔. Hoping to lose enough weight to have IVF, Claire joined Slimming World – and just nine months later, she’d lost 8st 7.5lbs (54.2kg)… and conceived naturally!

Fast forward to now, and Claire has two gorgeous children and a healthy and happy future with them ahead 🤗

I have been really bad with my speed foods the past couple of weeks and it's really slowed me down... so this morning I am having weetabix with hot milk & some speedy fruit! Not a huge fan of frozen fruit but it's all I had... no excuses!
