Friday 7am is a popular class believe it or not! We have a lovely start to our weekend, feel balanced going into the day ahead!

Ease out the aches and pains of the week

As with all live classes I check in with everyone beforehand and plan the class with your needs in mind so every week there is something new to enjoy!

All classes are recorded and added to your school so you can re run the fun if you like - or if you missed the live class you can do yours at a time that suits - just because I’m an early bird doesn’t mean you can’t do your Pilates at bedtime!!

Every week I design a class to meet the needs of the people in my group - how did I know what you need ?? Well I ask!! And whatever you tell me - what feels good, what hurts? What do you enjoy? What are your goals? I factor those in to create a class that will make you feel good!

Class goes out live at 7am on a Friday morning, but you can do it anytime you like, and repeat as often as you wish
