💕No need to ever explain yourself for any of it. I know that when you go out the door- you are stronger for having allowed yourself to surrender somewhat and be vulnerable. And you give so much to everyone in your lives.. I see that.
Your partners, your parents, your kids, your jobs,even your pets!!

Again, no need to explain yourself to anybody or forgive or apologise.

I trust that It's all unfolding perfectly and in Divine Timing and I know that some of you do too - but that doesn't mean that things are easy.

If you are feeling a bit stuck or emotionally raw, it's normal.
You can add a few extra greens to your diet to reduce inflammation and get in a few walks but most of all and rest, but most of all - love yourself and know that you are doing your very very best to get through a time that might might be stressful, filled with emotion such as grief or sadness or nervous tension. You are holding a lot for yourself and other people.

These in-between days can be very challenging.

🌙Desire, hope, want, need.. We all want something.

There are some wants and needs such as - starting a family that can feel so intense, and it's no wonder. Trying to conceive is the hardest path. It's frustrating lonely and can be filled with many setbacks and it's no doubt that this brings up all of the emotions..

🌜Journeys can bring out some beautiful qualities such as grace,patience humility, some of the most beautiful people I know have had the most difficult journeys. It doesn't seem fair.

☀️Getting creative won't bring that baby or that house or that relationship - but it will open your heart and help you to connect with yourself and move through some of those mixed intense emotions .
🙏I'll be organising plenty of paints for my kids this Christmas but might get a few for myself for fun while I'm at it.❤️
🕺for creativity-I love to sing and mantra as many of you know. Several of my clients have been subjected to my little chants:) . Don't be afraid to find your own crazy and enjoy and share with others. ☀️

I'm so lucky with my gorgeous clinic.. it's a gift and I love it.

🧘‍♂️This month - I'm particularly enjoying reconnecting with Mantra meditation 🧘‍♀️thanks for hosting OM chanting this weekend, it was wonderful.

✨️Last month it was all about singing /humming and chakras and Facial Acupuncture and I attended a gorgeous voice workshop with the talented Marta sound healing.🙏

🙏Next month - a big focus on Transformational coaching.. it's been lighting me up again and it's just so helpful for menopause and fertility;) so glad to be able to offer this style of coaching to my clients ..the training in this and obtaining my ACC/ICF qual supported me through lockdown and has been gently shaping me ever since- check my website for reviews;)

🥰lastly.. really looking forward to co-hosting a lovely fertility retreat with Rachel in Glendalough 30th November.

✨️So Let's put you at the centre of your own life again.. you have been busy busy and now it's catching up and you feel a bit 'less than delighted' let's say. 'Living your best life' has become the ironic expression and it's fun but this actually is your life.

✨️If you feel like mentoring or coaching is what you need then give me a shout to see if we are a fit. We can look at how to support your nerves, emotions, mental health and physical. Also, i'll teach you tools from Eastern medicine traditions that will expand both your energy and resilience.

Midlife and Menopause is a Rite of Passage, just like motherhood, buying your first home, your own birth, getting married etc. When we have community or a person who understands our journey, we feel so much more supported, and when we feel.supported we feel grounded and this leads to less radical deciscion making - and more presence and time available to us, instead of rushing around on adrenalin. I have been there and can support your emotional, spiritual journey. It is a delicate time and deserves a safe container to be understood and heard.

🙏Acupuncture can really help with ovulation cramps,some women experience it while going through perimenopause due to changing estrigen levels, others experience it while TTC or as a way of life.

💓Cramping during ovulation is very common.

🙌In the case of cysts-they are quite common and sometimes a side effect of fertility treatment .

🙏With PCOS , there may not be much ovulation going on but you may still be troubled by bloating and pelvic pain. It can be difficult to tell the difference, am I ovulating or not? Ovulation sticks BTT charts, blood tests (LH/FSH and testosterine ,ultrasounds will help to determine . Always seek medical advice if unsure.
