It was absolutely gorgeous to finally meet and welcome her to our group today , Aisling’s bread is absolutely delicious and 2 slices are a fibre choice and available at selected , she was so generous with her time and samples of the bread we really appreciate it and be sure to pick up a pack!

Charlotte Celebrates Incredible Slimming World Success

A local woman is celebrating an extraordinary transformation after losing over 12½ stone with Slimming World with Mandy, gaining a whole new lease of life along the way.

Charlotte, who joined the group seven years ago, says the journey has completely changed her life, improving her health, mobility and confidence beyond anything she ever imagined.

This week Charlotte reached another major milestone when she was awarded the Slimming World Club 50 award, recognising the incredible achievement of losing 50% of her starting body weight.

Charlotte credits her success to the support of the Slimming World community and her determination to stay committed to her goals.

“I feel like a completely different person,” she said.
“My confidence has grown so much, I have more energy, and I can move in ways I never could before. Slimming World hasn’t just helped me lose weight – it’s changed my life.”

Her consultant Mandy, who runs Slimming World groups across Kilkenny city and county, said Charlotte’s journey is an inspiration to everyone in the group.

“Charlotte’s positivity, commitment and determination have been incredible to watch. She has worked so hard over the past seven years and truly deserves this amazing milestone. We are all so proud of her.”

Slimming World’s unique programme focuses on healthy eating, group support and sustainable lifestyle changes that help members achieve lasting weight loss.

Charlotte says the supportive group environment made all the difference.

“The encouragement from the group and knowing I wasn’t doing it alone kept me going. Slimming World has genuinely helped save my health and transform my future.”
