Manual handling is a serious and essential skill in home care, helping us keep both our team and the people we support safe every day.

But training days don’t have to be all serious faces! 😃

Last week our office team completed their manual handling refresher training. While many of them spend time behind the desk, they’re also regularly out in the field meeting clients and completing service calls, so keeping these practical skills up to date is really important. ✔️

Training days are also a great opportunity for the team to interact, connect, and learn in a meaningful way together. 🩷

A big thank you to the wonderful Jenn at GROW Training for making the session engaging, practical, and enjoyable as always. We’re lucky to learn from the best! 📝
