3 Simple Steps to Save a Life:
1️⃣ Call 911 – Get emergency help immediately
2️⃣ Start Chest Compressions – Chest compressions in the centre of the chest
3️⃣ Use an AED – If available, follow the voice prompts

Learning CPR empowers you to protect the ones you love. Even hands-only CPR can help keep blood flowing until help arrives.

💡 Want to learn CPR? A simple Google search for “first aid courses near me” will show plenty of local options, including organisations in County Kildare such as the Irish Red Cross or the Curragh First Aid Training Centre.

We’re still in the middle of flu season, and it’s important to take a few extra steps to protect yourself and those around you — especially older adults and people with underlying health conditions. 😷

Help prevent the spread of infection by:
✔ Washing your hands regularly with soap and water
✔ Cleaning frequently touched surfaces
✔ Staying home if you’re feeling unwell
✔ Considering your annual flu vaccination

If you do have flu symptoms:
🤒 Rest and stay hydrated
📞 Contact your GP or pharmacist for advice
🚫 Avoid close contact with others where possible
😷 Follow good hygiene to reduce spreading germs

What a day!!! 🎄🤶🏽

Today was filled with festive jumpers, great spirits and genuine generosity.

We’re delighted to share that together we raised €400.00 for Newbridge Men’s Shed. 👏🏼 This wonderful organisation provides a vital space for connection, friendship and support within our community, and we’re incredibly proud to support the important work they do.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part, donated and helped make the day such a success.

Our team donated so generously that we simply couldn’t fit everything into their care packs — so the extra goodies are now on their way to local nursing homes! 👏🏼
