Please don't make kids go, do, dress up, tell jokes, preform in any way or even go outside - its ok for them not to enjoy all of this! 🕸

It can be a very over stimulating time and can lead to very BIG feelings.

Give them a cuddle tell them these feelings are perfectly normal and offer them options to trick or treat early before the crowds or go home if it's just too much 🎃

Enjoy the fun & frolicks - and remember your never too old to dress up and play! Xx

SUMMER CAMP 🏕

I'm very excited to announce this year's summer camp.

This camp is suitable for ages 7-12 years however if your kiddo is a little over or under just shout 😉 we can chat.

I plan to explore lots of different types of activities and see what lands with your little...

I have NO expectations of your child - this camp will be led by their interests and I will be there to support them.

All details are on the poster but please just contact me if you've any questions.

We will be mostly outdoors, there will be lots of sensory play & regulation. Baking, crafting, yoga, games, FUN and so much more 🙂

Therapeutic Art classes - for stressed, anxious & overwhelmed kiddos ⬇️

Life can be challenging - giving your kiddos tools to help them to support themselves is he best gift that you can give them.

This will be a 4 week course focused in supporting your child through directed & non directed classes. Using different art techniques & materials...

Numbers will be kept low to ensure full focus on the child & their needs.
(Minimum number required for it to run)

I will also introduce some, breathing techniques, movement & meditation to support them in their day to day.

The sun isn't everyone's friend!!

We aren't great for the heat in Ireland (wel im not anyway!)... but taking a few mins to get organised for our kiddos before they head off for the day and when they get home can help them with the extra tiredness, emotional regulation and internal nagivation system that can come from playing in the sun or sitting in warm classrooms all day.
